My wife has not been fortunate with her teeth
and some of her teeth had been hurting her for some time. We
have not had the money to allow her to go to the dentist and the
problem she was having proceeded to get worse over the months
and I was feeling really bad because it was hard for her to chew
sometimes when they would get irritated. I had been praying for
the Lord to help us in this matter for a while. Well as months
went by, one day I had this really strong prompting to tell her
to call the dentist (any dentist) and schedule an appointment. I
did not give any specifics to her, well that evening when I
spoke to her and she told me that she called the health
department place and they told her they were booked up until
July and this was April. Then they proceeded to tell her they
had a cancellation and it was in two days. They told her that
she would need to bring in twenty dollars, about all we had at
that time of the week, so she went ahead with it not even
knowing if we had the full twenty dollars. Well come the day of
her appointment she was told by the doctor that some of her
teeth were infected and needed to come out, the problem was that
for one; because of her heart condition she needed to be on
antibiotics before any procedure like this and two it may be
months before the doctor would be able to do the procedure
because of the scheduling. So even if she did get antibiotics
they would be gone by the time her appointment rolled around. As
the doctor came back in, after going out to look when he would
be able to see her again, he told her they just had a
cancellation for that day 4:00 P.M. and it was 3:00 P.M. at the
time. Praise the Lord! The only other problem was antibiotics,
she needed to be on them for at least an hour before the
procedure. She had only the twenty dollars for the visit and
could not afford nor had the time to get a prescription. The
doctor brainstormed for a minute and remembered he had some
antibiotics there she could take. Hallelujah! So she had the
procedure done finally after all this time and is feeling a lot
better. Another good point is when I got there the secretary
went over the bill with me of what the cost would be and it was
only going to be $80.00! a cost that would of been almost
$500.00 and we could pay it off with $20.00 a month. I
found, sometimes, God does not always answer my prayers when I
want them answered and there is reasons He doesn't. I must keep
praying, keeping my faith and as long as it is His will my
prayers will come to pass in His time, not my own. |

This is my testimony, it was Saturday and I had no money , I
needed grocery , I needed gas in my car , I needed to send my
daughter to school Monday morning , but during the past week I
was in deep prayer and meditation with God reading the words
and just praying, but they say God puts our faith to test at
times, so as I said now its Saturday and I was also fasting
that day, in prayer to God I remember saying God you know my
needs , I have to get food , I have to send my baby to school
and I have to pay who I owed on so on so when I looked at the
time I realized it was late after five, so I say God most
business time are almost over it seems as if nothing for me
today, so I started feeling a little disappointed even though
I am telling God all day that I trust him and I know he is
gonna come through, so it turned about 7pm and I went
downstairs and just as I went downstairs I heard a knock on
the door , when I opened the door I realize it was someone who
had owed me some money he gave me $10,000
thats like $150. in us currency and he said this isn't all you
will get the rest of it soon, I just came inside and I praise
God I smiled and said God just as I was about to loose faith
you come through I said God I am so sorry just to let you know
God is real Jesus Christ is real he is the giver of all good
things so don't loose faith he will come through
God blessings on you

Remember to pray when it rains as well as when the sun shines. Prayer and Meditation are
very useful tools in growing our faith. Rain and sunshine are both
needed for healthy gardens!

An excellent way to gain
knowledge, wisdom and understanding is to read a chapter in
Proverbs a day. Some read the chapter number according to the
day of the month. For example: May 4th, Proverbs 4. |

For by grace are ye (you)
saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
~Ephesians 2:8
Fight the good fight of
faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and
hast professed a good profession before many witnesses. ~1Timothy 6:12 |
